Went there yesterday... there was a long line, and the lady who was doing my nails was very nice but rushed the job. On my left hand my cuticles on my thumb and pinkie finger were ripped then had the skin removed. Causing me to bleed a little at the bottom inside the skin. And I am not a professional but I could do a better job. And on the final coat (clear coat) there wasn’t enough put on and it looks rushed... I have had my polish on for a little over 24 hours and my nails have chipped! I would prefer to have a refund. Read Less

Love this place! Linh makes sure to do my nails when I come in, and she does such a great job, always making sure I'm happy along the way and is starting to just know exactly how I like my nails! She's very attentive, takes her time and makes great conversation. I really like how I don't feel rushed. It's so hard to find a good nail place and I'm happy to say I found mine!! You can even get wine or a mimosa while you get a pedicure and massage! Read Less

I have found my new nail salon!After a drastic change in quality and customer service at the salon I had been using for years, I had been trying multiple spots around town, without finding much success. After hearing good things since a change in management, my son's step mom and tried Bella Nails this afternoon. It was incredible - very clean, friendly and professional employees (that were also friendly and professional toward one another) and a high quality result. My friend and I each got a pedicure (three options to choose from), she got a regular manicure and I got a gel manicure. The same technician stayed with each of us from start to finish. But, I was disappointed recently with waxing that resulted in patches of missed hair and sloppy wax application which ruined my clothing. Since small businesses can't survive on 1 customer, I will give them the appropriate rating and hope you find Bella Nails to be a much better nail salon...I tried this place for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated. I got a relaxing mani/pedi with Anna. I was treated to the best foot and leg massage which has been a challenge for me to find in Gig Harbor. I made sure to learn her name and days she works so I can request her again. Everyone was very friendly and the salon is immaculate. Read Less

I went to this place last year when it was under a new owner and did not care for it. Today, we noticed the new owner and 30% off sign and decided to give it a try. I got the pedi/mani combo with gel polish and absolutely loved it. The tech who did my nails took her time and paid great attention to every single detail. You can tell they're trying really hard to please their customers. A different tech painted my daughter's nails and two adorable flower designs. The salon is beautiful and clean. Wow, how does this place stay in business? From the moment I went in the girl NEVER got off the phone. She did such a horrible job I had to go back the next day for her to "fix" it. Her child was screaming and running all over the salon, including grabbing my arm and yelling in my ear for a full hour, while she said nothing to get him to stop.I was mortified at how bad my nails looked but at this point, nothing I could do about it. Maaaan all these cat-ladies and "can i talk to your manager" types are driving down the reviews on this place. I took my ol lady down here to get her nails done and done right. The lady was quick to serve her and took very good care of her. It wasnt your typical sit down and be treated like cattle by a dead silent vietnamese lady experience. She talked with us and give my better-half tips on how to keep her nails looking phresh and fly. Her nails came out looking like they were put in by god herself. My significant other also talked me into getting my first pedicure. I will tell you they never cut my cuticles, I never bled out, nothing like that. I wear work boots 24/7 and my feet were so calloused that the sides of my big toes looked like python heads. Not no more they dont. Talk about soft as a babys bottom. We were highly satisfied with their service and if you dont like bella nails, its probably because your a horrible person to deal with and you wouldnt know good service if it fell out of the sky, hit you in the face and started to wiggle. Also, there were two guests who came in at 1:30 for their appointment, and didn't even get started on til we left. There were only two technicians working. I wouldn't return. My experience seems consistent with others who reviewed.And my pedicure was $55? I got the spa pedicure for $30 and they charged an extra $25 for gel? I went in for a pedicure and the older woman made my toe bleed so badly with the cuticle trimmers she couldn't get it to stop. She used quick clot which wouldn't work. The younger woman who seemed like the owner took over halfway through and ended up using nail glue to stop the bleeding. My toe is still painful and now infected. So...the place looks nice and clean BUT I will definitely not return. I have been in twice and for the price the pedicure is NOT worth it! They took "maybe" 25" minutes for the whole pedicure which is not enough time for what I feel is a proper massage and everything. When finished I was told to wait under the dryer...was there for about 10 minutes and was told I was dry (later found out I wasn't when I tried on a pair of shoes and messed up the nails...came home and took off all the polish. The kicker here is that when I went to PAY they told me they could not take cash as they had no change so I had to use my debit card...I told the girl that I was going to pay her a cash tip...was not offered a receipt and now I find out SHE ADDED HER OWN TIP...$6!!
